Cut the chicken breast in the middle and after that lay it flat on the chopping board. Don’t just put the entire chicken breast into boiling water.
Here comes the magic! Before cooking, add salt, pepper, and egg white as a layer of seasoning inside the open chicken breast. Once you’ve finished with seasoning the meat, close it up again. This will add all the flavor.
Place the chicken gently into the boiling water on a simmer for a while.
Turn off the stove and let the chicken sit for approximately 8 minutes. This process will stop the chicken from getting tough, and add more flavor and moisture. Hey presto! You may serve. Bon Appetite!
