You’ve seen the ads, you know the drill; if you ever had chickenpox, you’ve already got the shingles virus and your only hope is vaccination… right?
While the mainstream medical industry loves to tout its knowledge as the only way to avoid things like shingles, the truth is that nature has always been – and likely will always be – far more advanced and effective than any vaccine or chemical treatment.
Shingles Prevention With Vitamin C

Within two hours, 7 of Dr. Klenner’s 8 patients reported total pain relief. Within a mere 72 hours, each patient’s blisters were healed. Keep in mind that this condition is supposed to be debilitating and last between 3 to 5 weeks.
Also keep in mind that the only medical industry-approved ‘solutions’ for people with existing shingles are painkillers and antibiotics – in other words, symptom management as opposed to treatment.
How Vitamin C Works
“Vitamin C is referred to as an antioxidant that donates or gives up its electrons,” Dr. Thomas E. Levy says. “On the other hand, a toxin, infection or anything that causes a medical symptom in the body is a result of oxidative stress or due to a lack of electrons.”
This is especially effective when it comes to acute viral infections like shingles.
In addition to reversing the damage caused by shingles, vitamin C also stops the virus from replicating.
How Much Vitamin C Do You Need?
If you want to unlock the disease-prevention benefits of vitamin C, Dr. Klenner has a few tips.
He recommends that children take a dose (via capsule) matching their age in grams. So, for example, a 2-year-old would take 2,000 mg per day. This should continue to increase until 10,000 mg – that’s the max for older children.
For adults, Dr. Klenner recommends taking as much vitamin C as possible without side effects. This can vary from person to person, depending on body size and health.

Why Isn’t This Everywhere?
Why isn’t vitamin C being hailed by medical experts everywhere as the shingles cure it is?
To put it bluntly, it’s because the top-selling shingles vaccine rakes in more than $756 million annually. Vitamins, unlike vaccines, cannot be patented and so a vitamin C shingles treatment would be nowhere near as profitable as a vaccine.
The FDA, which has long been the whipping-boy of pharmaceutical giants, is already taking steps to make the acquisition of injectable vitamin C difficult.
Of course, this is nothing unusual; pharmaceuticals that kill millions of people annually are totally legal and widely available, while natural solutions are swept under the rug.
